JENNIFER LOPEZ:
Many celebrities look gorgeous on the red carpet, but it is important to not forget that they have multiple makeup artists at their disposal to give them a quick touch up at a moments notice. They get glammed up for award shows and movie premiers, but in their downtime, celebrities ranging from Kim Kardashian to Pamela Anderson prefer to let their natural beauty take center stage.

16 CELEBRITIES WHO HAVE BREAST IMPLANTS AND DON’T HIDE IT

It’s no secret that celebrities like to get breast implants, and who wouldn’t? Those perky things definitely get plenty of attention on and off the red carpet. But while some celebs prefer to deny their manufactured boobs (even if they go from a B to a D over the summer) others are happy to show off and discuss their breast implants. Here are 16 celebs that have outed their breasts and have ended all the speculation, but they still have the curves to show for it.

1) Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus has found herself the topic of plenty of lewd publicity but her breasts don’t have to be subjected to rumors. The celeb came out about her two boob jobs stating that she felt too much like a boy and that the new implants give her the curves that she was missing.

2) Carmen Electra

Carmen Electra took her modest 32B breasts and upped them to double Ds. A move she does not mind discussing and even says she gives her breasts partial credit for her success. If that’s true then she definitely got a great return on her investment, even if she later stated that she may have gone a tad too big with her implants.

3) Kelly Rowland

Kelly Rowland has been one of the most honest celebs about her breast journey. She has been quoted as saying that she first thought about implants at 16. But this Destiny’s Child star waited several years before finally getting her breasts done. When she did, she proudly stated that she didn’t do it for anyone but herself.

4) KaleyCuoco

The Big Bang Theory star revealed that she got breast implants at the tender age of 18. But despite her young age she says it was the best decision she ever made. And considering she went from a ditzy teenager on 8 Simple Rulesto a ditzy actress on The Big Bang Theory those breasts have taken her a long way.

5) Dolly Parton

While most people could tell anyway, Dolly Parton has been up front about her breast implants. She keeps no secrets about her surgeries and has even gone so far as to say that if you’ve got the nerve, the money and the desire to have surgery, then you should find a doctor and do it. Dolly Parton has certainly proven that she has all three in spades.

6) Wendy Williams

Wendy Williams is not shy about the implants that she got nearly 20 years ago. Well at least not until her 9 year old son found out about them from watching her show. She took it in stride telling her son that she met her husband as a frog but then transformed herself in to a swan. And a very well-endowed swan she is.

7) Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie got breast implants after getting a proactive double mastectomy. The starlet had to recreate her breasts after the operation and says that her new breasts are beautiful. Her new implants seem to be modest and much like her old ones so they draw very little attention from the boob job searching crowd.

8) Jenny McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy has had no secrets about her surgeries. In fact, while talking about her own breast implants on her show she ended up juggling another set of silicone implants. She defended the implants by saying that after childbirth your breasts turn into pancakes. Well she’s certainly gone from pancakes to Belgian Waffles with her implants.

9) Pamela Anderson

The boobs that bounced around the world are fake, and everyone has known they are fake. But that didn’t stop millions of fans from watching her run along the beach. She sported her breasts for a number of years after getting the implants done to a 36 DD in 1990. In a strange twist there are now rumors that she may have had a breast reduction.

10) Tila Tequila

The actress and model has been very open about her infamous breasts. They’re totally fake and they’re still totally bringing in the money. From modeling in men’s magazines, to her own television show, her implants have certainly been earning their keep. But while she has copped to the breast implants that she got at the age of 18, rumors float that she has recently had another.

11) Danielle Staub

If there is anyone on the list that is not shy about their implants, it’s Danielle Staub. She actually got her breast implants on camera in her show The Real Housewives of New Jersey. After having three terrible breast surgeries, Danielle decided that the fourth time and a television audience were the charm. She took her modest B cups up to a C cup.

12) Kim Zolciak

Another famous housewife, this one from The Real Housewives of Atlantahas not only admitted to breast implants but she’s upgraded them. At 20 she got saline implants that she loved enough to upgrade to silicone ones in 2010. The silicone ones are lighter and the reality star says that she loves her new boobs.

13) Jwoww

This Jersey Shore star is happy to reveal that she got breast implants at a 21st birthday present. She even stated that she would do it every year if she could. So she either really just had a great time in surgery or she might want them to be even bigger. Or she just wants to fix the scars that made an appearance in some of her more revealing dresses.

14) KourtneyKardashian

KourtneyKardashian finds all the speculation about her breasts funny because she’s never hidden the fact that they are implants. She says she could care less about letting people know that she’s had implants and she is very happy with the outcome. She has no trouble showing off her breasts and they definitely seem to be making the mom very happy.

15) Holly Madison

This starlet may only have a claim to fame for dating Hugh Hefner and while it is quite an accomplishment to date a rich old man, she has kept no secrets about her surgeries. Breast implants are only one of the many changes she had made to her body and she says she’s happy that she no longer has to stuff her bra and she can feel comfortable naked.

16) Denise Richards

For Denise Richards the third time was the charm. The star underwent her first breast implants at the age of 19 and found herself with breasts much bigger than she was expecting. She got a second surgery in order to correct the problem but found herself with even larger breasts. But a third surgery got her exactly where she wanted to be and says she finally has the breasts she wanted at 19.

BOUBACAR BARRY THE HERO AND VILLAIN OF INCREDIBLE PENALTY SHOOT-OUT IN AFCON FINAL

Boubacar Barry wasn’t even supposed to be playing in Sunday night’s African Cup of Nations final, but he became the hero, and villain, of a remarkable penalty shoot-out.

Barry, 35, had to be drafted in after Ivory Coast first choice Sylvain Gbohouo suffered an injury but left his mark on the competition in unforgettable fashion.
After a goalless 120 minutes, Ivory Coast failed to score their first two penalties of the shoot-out against Ghana and seemed to be set for yet more heartbreak in the final of the continental competition.
But Barry saved Ghana’s third penalty from Afriyie Acquah and the Black Stars then put their next one wide, allowing Ivory Coast back in. It then reached 8-8 on penalties, when it was the turn of the keepers.
As you can see in our video, Barry saved from opposing number Razak Brimah before falling to the ground dramatically and clutching his leg.
Barry had already gone down once during the spot-kicks, apparently suffering from cramp, but was now delaying taking his final penalty – and Brimah wasn’t impressed as he tried to drag Barry up.
After he did clamber to his feet, though, Barry slotted home the final penalty to win the cup for Ivory Coast.
"I have been criticised, but I am able to progress," an emotional Barry told Canal+. "I'm not big in talent nor in size, but I want to progress, I worked for the team. My mum suffered. Thanks to her, thank you to all Ivorians.
"Football allowed me to travel, there is no room for everyone; but there is room for the work. God rewarded me."
However, Barry’s antics were lambasted on Twitter as people felt his injury wasn’t perhaps as genuine as it appeared to be. This attitude was somewhat undermined by the fact he broke down during the celebrations as well.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NIGERIA’S POSTPONED ELECTION

$

The upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in Nigeria were scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, but were postponed for six weeks just one week before the initial date. The decision to delay an election that was already rife with controversy stirred up supporters and politicians on both sides of the divide.
Current President Goodluck Jonathan and the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is facing the stiffest challenge his party has seen in years in Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the sides have already begun to clash.
The election is of even greater importance as Nigeria continues to face insecurity from Boko Haram terrorists in the northeast, and voters will have to decide which candidates are best suited to handle the insurgency. As Nigeria and international observers work diligently to ensure a free and fair vote, here are 12 things to know about the upcoming election.

1. The national security adviser called for a delay
Nigeria’s national security adviser, Sambo Dasuki, made recommendations that the election should be postponed, albeit briefly, to allow for more time for voter card distribution and further security measures. Particularly in northern Nigeria, where Boko Haram insurgents have caused destruction and violence for years, election preparation has been at a minimum. Several of Nigeria’s smaller opposition parties also supported a postponement, as well as the ruling PDP party, but the main opposition party, the APC, was highly opposed.

2. Election officials decided to delay the election for security reasons
Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) decided on February 8 to postpone the election in order to secure more troops and security measures for polling stations – after Nigeria’s security services informed INEC of a six-week offensive against Boko Haram insurgents in the north that would make security unavailable for the February 14th elections. The chairman of the APC, John Odigie-Oyegun, called the delay “highly provocative” and “a major setback for Nigerian democracy,” accusing the PDP of influencing INEC in order to garner more time for campaigning. Similarly, United States Secretary of State John Kerry stated that the U.S. is “deeply disappointed by the decision to postpone the elections,” and that “political interference with the INC is unacceptable, and it is critical that the government not use security concerns as a pretext for impeding the democratic process.” President Jonathan maintains that the May 29th date for the transfer of power is “sacrosanct,” and will not be affected by the delay. The new date for the presidential elections is set for March 28th, and state elections will be held on April 11th.

3. This will be the first Nigerian election to use biometric cards
The upcoming election will use biometric cards for the first time (a new type of ID card to combat widespread electoral fraud), but less than half of the eligible 70 million voters have obtained their cards. The minimum voting age is 18, but many eligible voters, particularly those in Boko Haram-controlled areas and, surprisingly, major cities such as Lagos, have not received their cards. As it stands, 150,000 polling stations have been set up for the election, over 30,000 more than previous years, and approximately 360,000 police officers are scheduled to patrol strategic areas to keep the peace. An estimated 1 million people displaced the insurgency were given voting rights by an electoral law passed by Parliament on January 15, but no system was put in place to distribute their voting cards

4. The election is expected to be the most tightly contested since 1999
Buhari and the APC’s challenge to President Jonathan is considered the strongest opposition the People’s Democratic Party has faced since it assumed power in 1999, following the end of military rule in Nigeria. This will be the fifth quadrennial election to be held since civilian rule began.

5. Presidential candidates must receive at least a quarter of the vote in at least two-thirds of all states
In order to win, the presidential candidate must receive the majority of votes cast, as well as at least 25 percent of the votes in a minimum of two-thirds of all 36 states in Nigeria, as well as the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja. If no candidate gains enough votes in the first round of voting, a run-off election is held within seven days between the two leading candidates.

6. President Jonathan’s nomination for the PDP resulted in many PDP Members of Parliament (MPs) defecting from the party
President Jonathan ran opposed in the PDP’s primaries in December 2014, and easily won the nomination of the party to run for reelection to a second and final term. However, this violated an unwritten rule within the PDP that candidates should alternate between Muslim northerners and Christian southerners (Jonathan is the latter), and “dozens” of PDP MPs in the House of Representatives reportedly defected from the party.

7. The current APC is an alliance of four former opposition parties
The APC in its current form is the result of an alliance of four opposition parties: the Action Congress of Nigeria, the Congress for Progressive Change, the All Nigeria Peoples Party, and the All Progressives Grand Alliance. Muhammadu Buhari easily won the party’s primary in December 2014, receiving 57.2% of the vote.

8. Only 13% of Nigerians have confidence in its country’s elections
In a Gallup poll conducted on January 13, 2015, a shockingly low 13 percent of Nigerians reported to have faith in the honesty of the country’s elections. In previous years, elections have been dominated by violence and allegations of vote rigging. This statistic is down from 51 percent of Nigerians who had confidence in elections back in 2011.

9. Former President Obansanjo has backed Muhammadu Buhari
Though Nigeria’s former president, Olusegun Obansanjo, has said that he will not speak to media outlets about the elections until after the 14th, he has made his support for Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) party well known. Obansanjo avoided President Goodluck Jonathan and his delegation when they paid a visit to his home in Ota, but went out of his way to receive the APC delegation and make it known that he supports Buhari’s bid for the presidency.

10. Clashes between supporters have already resulted in death
Several incidents related to the election have already resulted in fatalities, including a clash between rival supporters on February 3, 2015, in Kaduna that left eight dead. Three others were killed on February 2 when a suicide bomber attempted to strike a Jonathan campaign rally in Gombe.

11. There are 14 presidential candidates in the election
Though only the PDP’s President Jonathan and the APC’s Buhari have reasonable chances of winning, there are 14 candidates in total running for the presidency. All of the candidates have signed an agreement that binds them to credible and non-violent elections, issued by the Independent National Electoral Commission. Official campaigning was slated to end on February 12, 2015, but will be pushed back with the vote delay. 739 candidates are also vying for positions in the 109-seat Senate and 1,780 for the 360-seat National Assembly. Now on April 11th, two weeks after the initial election, Nigerians will take to the polls once more to choose new governors and state assemblies for 29 of the 36 states.

GHANA’S ASAMOAH GYAN DOES NOT REGRET AFCON FINAL

Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has said that he does not regret their performance despite losing to Cote d’Ivoire on penalties.

After 120 minutes, the Black Stars surrendered a 2-0 lead during penalties before losing out painfully 9-8 following a turnaround by the Ivorians.
Gyan who was subbed just before the shoot-out by Emmanuel Agyemang Badu recalls that he had to support his colleagues from the bench during the marathon exercise which saw every member of the playing body taking part in the kicks from the short distance.
“Being outside, I had to support my colleagues. We were leading 2-0 and Cote d’Ivoire came back and they won. We had an edge to win but that’s football.

THE PROPER WAY TO EAT WITH YOUR HANDS

$

If you normally eat with cutlery, there’s something liberating about eating with your hands. You get to really interact with your food, and you kind of feel like a little kid again! But in some parts of the world, eating with your hands isn’t just for a lazy night at home — it’s the norm and there are rules. Here is the proper way to eat with your hands around the world.

1. India: Wash your hands
Always wash your hands thoroughly before eating a meal in India. This should be obvious, but be even more vigorous about it than you normally would be before a meal. Never, ever put your fingers inside or even on your mouth during the meal.

2. Use the proper fingers
Only use your thumb and two first fingers to pick up your food and to push it into your mouth. If you make a small claw shape with those three fingers, you get the idea.

3. Eat with your right hand
If you’re left handed, this could be the best diet ever! You absolutely cannot touch the plate with your left hand in India. You always hold a small piece of flatbread like naan, roti or chapatti with your right hand, and scoop up food with that.

4. Don’t raise your plate
Never raise your plate towards your face—that’s considered rude since you’re bringing all the food close to a place full of germs. Instead, lower your head to get closer to your food.

5. Take small bites
Since you’re likely eating from a shared dish, it’s crucial that your fingers never touch the food. Remember: you’ll be using some sort of flat bread as a utensil. Scoop only small amounts of food into each piece of bread, to make sure your fingers never come close to the food.

6. Africa: Fufu
If you’re eating in many parts of West Africa, instead of flat bread, you’ll be using something called fufu as your utensil. Fufu is a malleable, doughy dish made from a root plant and formed into little balls. Since it is malleable, you can break off a piece from a large ball, make a dent in it to create a small bowl shape, and scoop your food. It is rude to eat with your left hand.

7. Dip your hands
Before the meal, you may have two water bowls placed in front of you. One is for you to rinse your hands before the meal, and the other is for rinsing after. These are not suggestions. Dip your hands in the bowls. The other diners will be watching.

8. Lick your fingers
Not during the meal, but feel free to lick your fingers when you’re all done eating! This is just your way of showing you loved the food.

9. The Middle East
Rules in the Middle East for eating with your hands are pretty much the same as other areas of the world, however it’s more important here to abide by the rules since you’ll almost certainly be eating from a large communal plate. You’ll be scooping the food up with pita bread here.

10. Stay on task
This may not be written anywhere but it’s an unspoken rule. Don’t do anything else with your hands except eat until the meal is done. Checking your phone or picking up a book could transfer germs to the food.

Sio jambo dogo mzee wangu, Mungu akubariki.”
Mzee akajibu, “Hapana, sijachangia mimi. Wakati unatoa sadaka yako mfukoni ndipo ukadondosha zile pesa.
Mchagga akasema, “Afadhali nimekuona malaika, naomba umwambie Mungu anirejeshee zile pesa zangu!” Yule mwanamke akamjibu, “Mie sio malaika bali ni nesi. Walikuleta hapa hospitali ukiwa hujitambui!” Kusikia vile Mchagga akanguka na kupoteza tena fahamu…

KOSCIELNY AND WALCOTT ON TARGET AS ARSENAL SURVIVE LEICESTER SCARE

Arsenal survived a second-half fight-back at Emirates Stadium as a miserable few days for Leicester boss Nigel Pearson ended with a 2-1 defeat.

The Gunners appeared to be cruising towards victory as goals from Laurent Koscielny and Theo Walcott gave them a two-goal lead.
However, Foxes boss Pearson would have been happy with the efforts of his players at the break with Riyad Mehraz, in particular, causing Arsenal problems.
And the Algerian was involved as Andrej Kramaric scored his first Leicester goal to pull his side back into the contest, beating David Ospina with a fine drive.
The Croatian’s goal was full of power, and he should have followed the same tactic as he spurned an excellent chance to give the Foxes a share of the points.
Kramaric found himself on the end of an excellent break, again involving Mahrez, but 17 yards out and with only Ospina to beat he elected to chip the Arsenal keeper, who saved comfortably.
The Gunners were able to see out the win that takes them into the top four for 24 hours at least, a slight black mark coming near the end as substitute Aaron Ramsey limped off injured.

Now that the final whistle has been blown and the last few balls have been kicked, AFKSports recaps six highlights and six lowlights of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). Re-live peaks and valleys of the tournament held in Equatorial Guinea with this slideshow.

HIGHLIGHTS: Kidiaba’s Last Dance
After only ninety minutes were played in the consolation final contested by DR Congo and Equatorial Guinea, a penalty shoot-out was required to separate the two sides. Thirty-nine-year-old Robert Kidiaba was playing the final moments of his celebrated career. Kidiaba performs a famous tic known as the ‘bum-bounce’ after his team score a goal. But after he kept out three Equatoguinean penalties, Kidiaba sat on his buttocks and hopped around  for one last time while mobbed by loving team-mates.
HIGHLIGHTS: Gervinho’s Redemption
During the 2012 AFCON final, between Zambia and Cote D’Ivoire, Gervinho did not volunteer to take a penalty kick. He was nonetheless forced when the two teams were level after five spot-kicks. Unsure of himself, the player, then at Arsenal, stepped up and blasted over, damning his team to another ‘almost’ AFCON campaign. On Sunday night, Renard refused to place Gervinho in the same situation, substituting before extra-time ran out. Gervinho was too nervous to watch the penalty shoot-out, preferring to face the supporters and watch real-time reactions instead. When Copa Barry scored the winning penalty, a weight evidently lifted off Gervinho’s shoulders. He could finally forget the nightmare of 2012.
HIGHLIGHTS: Guinea and Mali Players Play Cards While Waiting On Respective Fates
After three Group D matches, Mali and Guinea found themselves at an air-tight stalemate. Both sides had amassed three points, three goals for, and three goals against. According to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) by-laws, a drawing of the lots would determine which nation would qualify for the quarter-finals. The procedure took place at the Hotel de Malabo where both delegations and sets of players waited. In the run-up to the draw a remarkable image emerged of Malian and Guinean players casually playing a game of cards. The photo is indicative of the fraternity that pervades in this most unique of tournaments.
HIGHLIGHTS: Renard Consoles Ayew
After the final penalty kicks were dispatched and most Ivorian players were off celebrating with the sizeable travelling contingent of supporters that made the journey down from West Africa, cameras panned on Andre Ayew. The Ghanaian captain was hunched over, unable to stand upright and tears were streaming down his face. It was a beautiful, but pitiful sight. Sensible to the pain of defeat, Renard immediately ran over and tried consoling Ayew, albeit to no avail. It was one of the more touching scenes of the tournament, and an example of good sportsmanship.
HIGHLIGHTS: Equatorial Guinea Shock The Footballing World
In an international footballing climate where stratification between ‘smaller’ and ‘larger’ footballing nations seems to grow incrementally, Equatorial Guinea defied the odds, making it to the semi-finals of just their second-ever tournament. Nzalang Nacional only qualified for both editions as hosts, but the football on display from the central African nation may lead pundits to believe that Javier Balboa and co will have much to offer for the 2017 AFCON qualifiers.
HIGHLIGHTS: Florent Ibenge Gallantly Represents Local Coaches
Florent Ibenge continued to turn heads after an impressive stint as coach of AS Vita Club. With his national side, Ibenge guided the Leopards out of a group of death, and helped them qualify for the 2015 AFCON. In Equatorial Guinea, Ibenge masterfully managed his side, deploying Chancel Mbemba as a defensive midfielder and recalling Dieumerci Mbokani who finished the tournament with three goals. FECOFA president Constant Omari has now placed his full trust in Ibenge, stating, ‘We have talented coaches in Africa. It is time we give them an opportunity.’
LOWLIGHTS: Equatoguinean Crowd Becomes Violent
After trailing three-nil to Ghana in the AFCON semi-finals, a portion of Nzalang Nacional fans began pelting the travelling Ghana support with a variety of missiles. Broken dishes, concrete slabs, and partially full water bottles were flung into the away stand. When Black Stars fans could no longer endure the abuse, they broke out of their stand and stood behind the pitch, waiting for security to escort them away.
LOWLIGHTS: Tunisian Disappointment Goes Overboard
Following a disappointing two-one loss, which included its fair share of questionable officiating decisions, an infuriated troupe of Tunisian players chased after official Rajindraparsad Seechurn. Security intervened just before any serious confrontation could form. After the match, Tunisian Football Federation President Waddi Jaari accused CAF of corruption and conspiracy. His unfounded claims may have serious repercussions if he does not retract his statement.
LOWLIGHTS: Sipo Suspended For Spitting
When cameras panned away, Equatorial Guinea midfielder Armando ‘Sipo’ Sipoto spat in Wahbi Khazri’s face. Khazri dropped immediately drawing the referee’s attention, but none of the match officials saw the incident so Sipo got away with the act until it was reviewed by the disciplinary committee. It was an ugly act that has no place on a football pitch.
LOWLIGHTS: Gervinho Sent Off For Punching Ibrahima Conte
Though he finished the tournament celebrating in his team-mates’ arms, Gervinho and Cote D’Ivoire could have faced a very different fate when the AS Roma man punched Ibrahima Conte in the first match of Group D. The two players accosted and insulted one another before Gervinho lifted his arm and threw a punch. Contact was minimal but it was enough to send the Ivorian off and his indiscipline could have brought about extremely serious consequences.
LOWLIGHTS: Rajindraparsad Seechurn
Mauritian referee Raijansaprad Seechurn is already infamous in North Africa for his dodgy officiating. When Morocco played Algeria in Annaba back in 2011, he seemed to favour the home side, forgiving some of their more mischievous tackles and whistling the slightest Moroccan misdemeanour. A couple of weeks ago it was Tunisia that found fault with his judgement when Seechurn gifted hosts Equatorial Guinea a penalty in injury time. It was a poor call and CAF suspended the referee for the remainder of the tournament and an additional six months.
LOWLIGHTS: Naby Yattara Almost Ends Asamoah Gyan’s Tournament
In the fading embers of Ghana’s match against Guinea, Asamoah Gyan latched on to an Andre Ayew through chip-pass and raced in on goal. Guinea goalkeeper Naby Yattara intrepidly met him at the edge of the penalty box, with his studs aimed at Gyan’s lower midriff. The Guinean goalkeeper was sent off for his rash challenge and Gyan was ruled out of the semi-finals due to injury.
